As a Professional Certified Coach ( International Coaching Federation ), Certified Find Your Ikigai Coach/Facilitator, Time Line Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Program-trained & Mindfulness practitioner, Tricia is passionate to inspire, support & empower women & youth who are faced with various life transitions and challenges.
Previous work experiences include people and events management in the healthcare industry. It includes being responsible for coordinating multiple support groups, liaising with health professionals to organize health symposiums & awareness talks. Her past volunteer experiences include helping out at children hospitals, working as a phone counselor for a women’s phone helpline and for people with mental disability.
Ongoing volunteer commitments include, being a long term volunteer with the Breast Cancer Foundation. For over 10years, Tricia helped facilitates the monthly support group; counsel women who are newly diagnosed with cancer both through phone and hospital visits. She speaks at awareness talks to corporations & community organizations on a regular basis. Tricia is also trained in palliative care and uses coaching techniques to support her friends and their family towards their last journey.
Her passion in Health and Wellness led her to volunteer as the co-lead for Health and Wellness Community of Practice with the International Coaching Federation (Singapore). Other volunteer experiences span from exco member of school parent support group, active member of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) support group, coaching youth to find their life purpose through Growthbeans and fundraiser for A New Vision (to support cataract surgery for less privileged).
