As a Professional Certified Coach ( International Coaching Federation ), Time Line Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Program-trained & Mindfulness practitioner, Tricia is passionate to inspire, support & empower women who are faced with various challenges.
Previous work experience in the healthcare industry includes being responsible for coordinating support groups, organizing health symposiums & awareness talks. She has also volunteered in a women’s phone helpline as a phone counselor for four years. She connects easily with her charismatic personality, simple wisdom and good sense of humor.
Tricia is currently an active leader volunteer with the Breast Cancer Foundation. She facilitates the monthly support group; counsel women who are newly diagnosed with cancer both through phone and hospital visits. She speaks at awareness talks to corporations & community organisations on a regular basis. Tricia is also trained in palliative care and uses coaching techniques to support her friends and their family towards their last journey. Her volunteer experiences span from exco member of school parent support group, active member of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) support group, and fundraiser for A New Vision (to support cataract surgery for less privileged). She have newly joined HCA Hospice Care as a Befriender.
